1. Unless otherwise stated, ‘Regulations for the Conduct of Examinations’ as outlined in the Common Rules and Regulations for Examinations of Amoud University shall normally apply.
2. The teaching faculty in which a student is registered shall process postgraduate examination results and forward the same to SPG&S. The Dean of the Faculty shall forward fully-moderated coursework examination results for all its registered candidates duly to the School of Postgraduate Examinations Board for deliberations.
3. The Dean of SPG&S shall chair postgraduate Examinations Board meetings to deliberate on the coursework examination results from the faculties.
4. The Dean of the SPG&S shall forward examination results and appropriate recommendations with copies of minutes to Senate within one month after the end of the academic year in which the courses were taken and examined.
