Proposal Viva Voce was conducted. The Viva was organized by Mukhtaar Abdi Omar, who is Acting Dean, Amoud University School of Postgraduate Studies and Research (ASPGSR), in the absence of Dr. Mohamed Muse Jibril, who is away on twenty day job tour in India, alongside Saida Abdirahman Omar, Associate Dean, Amoud University School of Postgraduate Studies and Research (AUSPGSR), Borama Campus.

The Program was conducted as follows:-

All candidates and the public are seated by 7.30 am.
7.40 - 7.45 am - Opening Remarks by the Dean, SPGS&R.
7.45 - 7.50 am - Opening Address by the Vice President (Academic Affairs), Amoud University or his representative.
7.50 - 8.00 am - Observations/Reactions from the floor. Moderated by the chair.
8.00 am - Viva voce begins.

This was an open Viva Voce and all members of the public were welcome. Candidates present in turns. Each student will make a 10-minute oral presentation espousing the background of the problem, the research problem, the thesis statement and its justification, and the methodology to be used to answer the key research questions. This was to be followed by a 20-minute question-answer session where the panelists shall ask the candidate questions based on both oral and written presentation, and the student responds. Each candidate must prepare 10 copies of a six slides summary of the main issues he/she focuses on during the Viva Voce.
